
Bo is a native of New Brockton, AL and began his practice with the firm in 2003. His practice is primarily devoted to litigation with emphasis on transportation, automobile liability, products liability and construction litigation. He holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubble. Bo has tried numerous jury trials to verdict and regularly represents a wide range of clients including individuals, corporations and manufacturers throughout the State of Alabama and Florida.
Bo attended Troy University on a football scholarship, was a member of several conference championship teams, and also earned academic all-conference honors. Bo Graduated from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2003. Before attending law school, Bo served as a legislative assistant for Alabama Attorney General Bill Pryor.
Bo is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Alabama and Florida. He holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubble. He is a member of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association and Defense Research Institute.
Bo is accustomed to meeting challenges with a strategic client-centered approach. His competitive nature and ability to face adversity has carried forward into his practice and effective representation of clients.
Away from the practice of law, Bo enjoys spending time on his family's beef cattle farm where they raise purebred Simmental and SimAngus cattle. Bo and his wife Hope have four children and are members of Covenant Methodist Church of Dothan.
